The following page are the terms and conditions for UK online sales. These terms and conditions are entirely related to online purchases and not purchases made in-store.
Delivery & Returns
FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY FOR ALL UK ORDERS
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days. All orders require signing for as proof of delivery.
We do not currently deliver to Europe or the rest of the world.
In the unlikely event your chosen goods are no longer available, we will advise you by email. If we cannot meet your requirements, we will credit your method of payment.
If you would like to purchase or collect your order in store please email us at email@example.com and we will reserve your purchase.

Returns and Refunds
Whilst we hope that you are delighted with your order, you have the right to return it if you are not completely satisfied. Any unsuitable items must be received back to Olivia Grace within 14 days of receipt of your delivery.
Please check item(s) thoroughly on receipt before removing and disposing of labels and original packaging. Any returned items must be in the supplied condition, unworn and in the original packaging with all product tags intact. Olivia Grace reserves the right to refuse returns when the returns policy is not met.
It is the customer’s responsibility to safely return unsuitable items and at your cost and as such it is highly recommended you use tracked or insured postal services. It is also advisable to safely package your item(s) so that no damage occurs during transit as Olivia Grace cannot be held responsible for any damaged or missing items.
Completing the Return
Place the item(s) you wish to return back into its original packaging whilst ensuring that all product tags remain completely intact. Complete the ‘returns’ form that was sent to you alongside your order and post the completed form with your returned goods to the following address:

Ensure you return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt, and in the original packaging.
Take your package to any post office counter and ask for a proof of posting. It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us so you may wish to upgrade your delivery to a tracked delivery service.
Please note, unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of any upgrade to your delivery service.
We strongly advise that you keep hold of any tracking numbers that the post office may give you.
We thoroughly check each item before it is despatched, however, on the rare occasion an item is faulty, please ensure that the item is returned to us in its original packaging whilst ensuring that all product tags remain completely intact. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept the return.
IMPORTANT: When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any deodorant or fragrance that may leave a mark or scent.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
